Margaret's Chicken by Ricki Garrett

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced (2 chickens)
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Wild Rice, prepared
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 jar sliced pimento (medium)
  • 1 medium onion, sautéed
  • 1 can French style green beans, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. jalepeno cheese (added to rice while hot)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
