Cheddar-Ham Oven Omelet

Ingredients

  • 16 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup Cooked Ham - cubed
  • 6 Green Onions - chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk.

Stir in the cheese, ham and green onions. Pour the egg mixture into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.

Bake, uncovered, at 350` for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
