  • 1 C melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 C parsley
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 C cooking sherry
  • 2 C soft bread crumbs
  • 5-6 C cooked shrimp



Step 1

To melted butter add next 5 ingredients; mix. Add bread crumbs; toss. Place shrimp in 11x7 pan. Spoon butter mixture over and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes until crumbs brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
