Hot Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
  • Chips, crackers or fresh veggies for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

In an ungreased shallow baking dish or pie plate, combine the first five ingredients. Top with pepperoni and olives. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with chips, crackers or fresh veggies.
