Toll House Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 C butter
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 C flour
  • 1 t soda
  • 1 t salt
  • Topping:
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 C nuts, chopped
  • 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter, add sugars and vanilla, beat well.Add eggs and combine.

2. Stir in dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into paper lined cupcake tins. Bake 375 deg. 10-12 minutes.

3. Remove from oven and spoon 1 T topping over each. Return to oven and bake at 375 deg. 15 minutes.
