Ingredients

  • 5-7 medium potatoes
  • 6-8 boiled eggs
  • 3-5 TBS Creamy French Dressing
  • Mayonnaise-2-3 serving spoonfuls
  • Mustard-1-2 TBS
  • Salt-to taste
  • Pepper-to taste
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and cut potatoes into quarters. Boil in generously salted water. It is hard to get enough salt after the fact so don’t be stingy with the salt.(This is important or you will never get the flavor from the salad you want, so don't skimp)
While potatoes are boiling, boil eggs.
After potatoes are just a touch al dente, drain and cool, then slice. If you try to compile the salad while potatoes are hot you will end up with mashed potato salad.
Cool and peel the eggs, set 2 aside to slice for garnish. Chop the others and add to the potatoes.
Mix in Creamy French Dressing, Mayo, Salt, Pepper, and mustard.
Slice two eggs and arrange on top of salad and sprinkle with paprika. Chill.
