Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c milk
- 16 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can 7oz mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 jar 26 oz spaghetti sauce, warmed
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add spaghetti, peppers, mushrooms, onions, velveeta and parmesan cheese.
Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; press into dish with back of spoon.
Bake 30 to 35 min or until heated through. Cut into 8 squares. Serve each square topped with about 1/4 c spaghetti sauce.
