• 1/2 C mayo
• 2 TBS ketchup
• 1 TBS finely grated onion
• 1 TBS sweet relish or 1 TBS dill pickle relish
• 2 tsp adobe sauce from canned chipotle in adobe
• 1/8 tsp celery salt
• 1/8 tsp kosher salt
