Ingredients
- 2 c. finely crushed pretzels
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 1 T. sugar
- Dream Whip
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 pkg. strawberry Jell-o (dry)
- 2 c. hot pineapple juice
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs. thawed strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix pretzels, butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Press into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes; cool. Cream 1 cup sugar and cream cheese. Prepare on enevelope Dream Whip and add to cream cheese mixture. Spread over pretzels making sure to cover edges to seal. Refrigerate to set. Mix strawberry Jell-o and hot pineapple juice. Mix in thawed strawberries. Cool until thick. Pour over filling. Let set.
