Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 pound of butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Spread pineapple and cherry pie filling evenly on the bottom of an 8x8 greased pan. Sprinkle entire box of cake mix, dry, over pineapple/cherry mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top. Cut butter into squares and place on top of cake mix, distribute evenly.
Bake for about 1 hour.
