Peach Pie (Canned Peaches)

Ingredients

  • 1 large can (29 ounces) sliced peaches-drained, but add back about 1 T. juice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 1/2 T. corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Pour into uncooked pie crust. Protect edge of crust with foil or metal ring. Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove ring last 5 minutes.
