Ingredients
- 2 slices chicken breast (1/4" thick) cut into 1" squares
- 1 c drained canned sweet potatoes or yams
- 1/4 c greek style plain yogurt
- 2 t pure maple syrup
- 2 t dried chives
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl mash potatoe with wire whisk. Add yogurt adn syrup mix until chunky smooth. Stir in chives and season with salt & pepper.
To serve: Add toothpicks to each piece chicken and dip into potatoes mixture
