Kielbasa Apple Pasta Bake

Ingredients

• 8 oz dry penned pasta, cook and drain
• 2 c. ff milk
• 2 Tbs. flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 3/4 c. shredded 2% cheddar
• 3 granny smith apples, cored and peeled
• 8 oz turkey sausage, diced
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together milk & flour over med. heat. Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly. Remove from heat; add cheese, salt, & pepper stir until smooth. In large baking dish gently combine pasta, apples & sausage & cheese sauce. Cover with foil & bake 20 mintues @ 350. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more. Sprinkkle onion over top. 8 pts. plus
