Ingredients
- 1 T parsley minced
- 2 t unsalted butter
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken brest halves
- 1 t dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 t pepper
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 t lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
Rub equal amounts of lemon zest into each side of chicken breast. Sprinkle with pepper, pressing with hands to adhere. Melt butter in heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Saute chicken 4-5 min per sid eor until chicken is golden and opaque throughout. Transfer to a platter and keep warm. Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and mustard to skillet, stirring iwth a wooden spoon to deglaze. Pour sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with parsley.
