    bone-in chicken breasts

  • Seasonings-garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper

  • 1

    16 oz bottle blue cheese dressing

  • 2-8 oz packages cream cheese

  • 1

    bottle Frank’s Red Hot Sauce


Boil chicken with seasonings. Chopped cooled chicken. Combine blue cheese dressing and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl; microwave until cream cheese is fully melted and incorporated into the dressing. (Note: there may be some oil on the top of this mixture – just drain this off). Put a small amount of hot sauce in the bottom a 9”X13” pan. Mix the rest of the hot sauce with the cream cheese mixture. Layer chicken and cream cheese mixture in pan, ending with cream cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 25 minutes. Serve with chips, carrots, celery.
