Ingredients
- 12 small red potatoes, quartered
- 3 med ears sweet corn, cut into 1 inch slices
- 1/3 c butter, melted
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t seafood seasoning
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa or polish sausage, cut into 1 in slices
- 1 1/2 lbs uncooked med shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
Step 1
Place the potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat; cover and cook for 5 min. Add corn slices; cook for 3-5 min longer or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, oil, salt, garlic powder and seafood seasoning.
On 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the smoked kielbasa, shrimp, potatoes and corn.
Grill, covered, over med heat or broil 4 in from heat for 3-4 min on each side or until the shrimp turn pink, basting occasionally with the butter mixture.
