Ingredients
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 # chicken breast diced
- 2 c. FF chicken broth
- 12 oz can FF evaporated milk
- 8 oz salsa
- 3/4 c. shredded 2 % cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Layer rice & mushrooms in sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Place chickend on top of rice. Combine broth, evap. milk, and salsa, slowly pour over chicken. Bake 45 min. @ 375. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake additional 5 min.
