Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 tsp. thyme, divided
- 2 lb. salmon
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix orange juice, oil, and 1 tsp. thyme in a small bowl. Place salmon in a glass container, and add marinade to coat. Cover, refrigerate at least 1/2 hour or longer for extra flavor.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Remove salmon from marinade. Place on foil lined, greased pan. Discard marinade. Rub salmon with paprika mixture.
Cook in 400° oven for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes and is done.
