Ingredients
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 3 large garlic gloves, chopped
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 t minced fresh rosemary
- 4 double chops.
- 1 1/2 c fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 T butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk oil, 1 T lemon juice, garlic, mustard and rosemary in glass baking dish to blend, Sjprinkl lamb with salt and pepper. Add to mariname and turn to caot. Evser and refri. at leat 4 hours.
Broil labm chops 2 min. per side. Mix 1 T lemon juice, breadcrubms and butter to blend. press misture into each chop. Broil until golden broun. about 4 min.
