- 1 lb. salt
- 3 oz. onion salt
- 4 oz. paprika
- 3 oz. garlic salt
- 2 oz. chili powder

Mix well and store in a jar with a lid. To season meat such as pork loin sprinkle generously with seasoning before cooking. This seasoning will keep indefinitely in covered jar on the shelf.
