Ham Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean ground ham
  • 1 lb. lean ground fresh pork
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 3 T. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine brown sugar, eggs and mustard. Add ground meat and blend well. Mix in celery and crumbs; form into a loaf. Put in roaster and add milk over loaf up to 1 1/2 inches. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool a few minutes before slicing. (Leftover ham loaf makes great sandwiches!!)
