Ingredients
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 425. Mix egg, milk, brown sugar, and margarine well. Combine all dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Hand mix until well combined. Spoon mixture into muffin tin liners and bake for 20 minutes.
