Hot Fudge Sauce - Janice

Ingredients

  • 3 oz German chocolate
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler. Add salt, sugar, and flour. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil; Boil a few minutes until thickened. Add vanilla.
