Pecan cream cheese topping with fresh fruit salad

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 8 oz package softened cream cheese
• 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Take electric mixer and blend together.
Put into serving bowl.
Sprinkle top with a few pecans.
Serve with bowl of mixed fresh fruit
Slice 1 star fruit put on top to decorate
