Ingredients
- 6 lbs. bacon
- 1 qt. onions
- 3 green peppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 qt. coarse tomatoes
- 2 large cans tomato paste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bacon, onion, green peppers and celery into small pieces. Saute toghether, drain bacon grease. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Fill pint jars and process in pressure canner.
