Italian Beef

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb. roast or swiss steak
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. beef broth
  • 1 sm. jar pepperocini peppers
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Place meat in crockpot. Pour water, broth, peppers over meat and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Cook on low for 8 hours.
