Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 lbs aucchine sliced (diced)
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t fresh oregano chopped salt and pepper
- (2 T Fresh mint chopped)

Step 1
In large skillet , heat oil at m high. (add Garlic for 3 min.) Add zucchiniand cook for 4 to 5 min. Stire in lemon juice oregano salt and pepper (mint)
