Rhubarb Pie

  • 5 Cups chopped Rhubarb
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp butter (chunks)

Step 1


Directions:

Add mixture to pie shell. Over with chunks of butter. Add top crust and bake 40 minutes in pie shell at 375 degrees or until bubbly.
