Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 c. rhubarb, cut up
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. shredded pineapple (1 small can)
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-o

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together; put on low fire. Boil 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add one package strawberry Jell-o to mixture. Will be thick when cole. Can be kept in freezer.
