Ingredients
- 3 lbs. beef roast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 2 bouillon cubes
- Onion
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1-2 cans beef broth
- French bread or hoagies
Preparation
Step 1
Cook roast and slice thin. Dissolve bouillon cubes in a small amount of water and mix with seasonings and add to beef. Let set overnight. Add water or beef broth to cover beef and heat on stovetop. Serve on French bread or hoagies.
