Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (16 oz) fruit cocktail, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate and nuts. Blend well at lowest speed with electric mixer to combine then beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9" baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
2. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 - 40 minutes.
