Poppin' Fresh Barbecups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown ground beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion.

2. Separate dough and place each in an ungreased muffin tin. Spoon meat into cups.

3. Bake at 400 degrees, 10 - 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
