Ham Loaf

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground fresh pork
  • 1 lb. ground smoked ham
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix meat, eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, salt and peper by hand. Form into a loaf and place in 9x13-inch pan. Heat vinegar, water, brown sugar and mustard until blended. Baste ham loaf with mixture. Bake 1 hour or more at 375-400 degrees.
