Russian Tea Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter; add sugar gradually. Add flour and vanilla. Blend in nuts.

2. Shape into small balls on ungreased cookie sheets.

3. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.

4. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Then roll again in powdered sugar when cool.
