Ingredients
- Saltine crackers
- 1 &1/2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper (lightly oil the pan so the paper sticks). Place saltines side by side on the parchment until it's covered. In sauce pan, melt butter with sugar & pour over crackers evenly. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove from oven & sprinkle chocolate chips over. Return to the oven for about a minute to get the chips to stick to the crackers. Refrigerate for 2 hrs., then cut or break into pieces.
