Garlic-Pesto Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pesto
- 2 tablespooons lemon juice
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 15-20 shrimp, defroste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Chopped garlic, garhish

Preparation
Step 1
Add pesto to glass bowl. Add lemon juice. Chop garlic and add to bowl. Stir shrimp into marinade shrimp.Place marinating shrimp in fridge for an hour.
Heat heavy skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add shrimp and marinade and cook tossing shrimp. Cook until shrimp has turned opaque (generally for 2 to 3 minutes). Garnish with chopped parsley.
