- 1/2 c. whole grain flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 T. sugar
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 1 c. 1% milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter and oil. Stir in milk just until incorporated and no lumps. Drop 1/4 c. mounds onto baking sheet; bake at 425F for 15-20 min.
