Fried Rice Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • red pepper flakes (your preference as to how much)
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger (ground or minced)
  • Use with 2 cups cooked cold rice, 4 cups your choice chopped veggies and 4 eggs scrambled.

Preparation

Step 1

I mix all ingredients except rice and eggs. I like to let simmer to soften veggies for a few minutes then mix in rice and eggs.
