Golden Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 T. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. egg yolks (usually takes 9 eggs)
  • 1 T. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together flour, salt & baking powder. Mix egg yolks, water and vinegar in mixing bowl. Add flour mixture gradually and stir into a stiff dough. Divide into 5 parts and roll very thin on floured board & let dry at least 30 minutes. Roll up & cut in fine strips, shake out & let dry. Either cook immediately or freeze for future use.
