APPLE NUT CAKE

Ingredients

• 1 cup Oil
• 2 cups Apples (diced) (3-4)
• 1 1/2 cups Sugar
• 1/2 cup Raisins
• 3 whole Eggs
• 1 cup Nuts (chopped)
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream Oil, Sugar and Eggs, mix together Flour, Baking Soda
and Cinnamon. Gradually add to creamed mixture, add Vanilla
stir in Fruit and Nuts.
375 deg. 1 hr.


Makes 2 loaves
or 1 10" tube or fluted pan.
