Ingredients
- 2 large garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 large onion (cut into quarters)
- 1 cup Hellman's, Dukes, or Blue Plate mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Heinz ketchup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup French's mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
- Juice of one lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Put the garlic and onion in a blender and puree.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
Refrigerate overnight so flavors can "become acquainted".
You can recycle a used plastic ketchup bottle or some other plastic squeeze bottle to store/serve. It is best served chilled.
Can be used on chicken, fish, sandwiches, salads, french fries, onion rings, vegetables (raw or cooked), or however else you prefer.
