Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 package shredded hash browns
  • salt and pepper
  • Emeril's essence
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) colby cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown hash browns on stovetop as directed on package; season with salt, pepper and Essence to taste. Transfer browned potatoes to a 12" round oven safe baking dish.

2. Beat eggs with water; pour over top of potatoes.

3. Top with bacon and cheese.

4. Place under broiler until eggs are set and cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.
