Grandma's Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 T. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour and salt, make a well. Add eggs and milk. Beat gently with a fork, picking up flour. Remove excess flour. Fold in with hands rest of the way. Work till smooth. Roll out. Quarter, roll up and cut thinly. Let dry for several hours. Add to broth and cook until done.
