Ingredients
- 6 T butter
- 3 carrots shredded
- 3 ribs celery chopped
- 1 leek white and light green parts only chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg 14 oz cubed country style herb bread stuffing
- 2 1/2 cup lower sodium chicken broth
- 2 T chopped fresh sage

Step 1
in large non stick skillet, melt butter over medium head. add carrots, celery, leek and pepper cook stirring occasionally until slightly softened 5 minutes. stir in stuffing, broth and sage until combined. cover, chill until ready to stuff turkey
