  • 6 T butter
  • 3 carrots shredded
  • 3 ribs celery chopped
  • 1 leek white and light green parts only chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 pkg 14 oz cubed country style herb bread stuffing
  • 2 1/2 cup lower sodium chicken broth
  • 2 T chopped fresh sage



Step 1

in large non stick skillet, melt butter over medium head. add carrots, celery, leek and pepper cook stirring occasionally until slightly softened 5 minutes. stir in stuffing, broth and sage until combined. cover, chill until ready to stuff turkey
