Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 2 cups half & half
- 1 1/2 cups toffee chips
Preparation
Step 1
Scald the milk. Remove from heat and add salt and sugar. Stir until dissolved, and add remaining ingredients except toffee.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Add toffee right before putting into ice cream freezer. Process in ice cream maker.
