Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
- 1-12 oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing
- 1-2 C. butter melted
- 1 C. water
- 2 1/2 C. diced turkey
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/4 C. chopped chives
- 1/2 C. celery, chopped
- 1/2 C. salad dressing
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1-10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 3/4 C. water
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Toss first 3 ingredients together lightly. Put about 2/3 of this mixture into buttered 9x13 pan. Mix together turkey, onion, chives, celery, salad dressing and salt. Put on top of stuffing mixture in pan. Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Mix beaten eggs and milk together. Pour over entire dish. Cover with foil and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. One hour before baking, pour cream of mushroom soup which has been diluted with 3/4 cup water over entire mixture. Return to refrigerator. Keep casserole mixture refrigerated at all times. Don't let stand out on your counter for any longer than necessary. When 1 hour is up, bake uncovered for 1 hour in 325 oven. Remove from oven. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and return to oven for 10 mins. or until cheese is melted. After serving, refrigerate any leftovers immediately.
