Kitchenaid Ice Cream Mixer

Store freezer bowl in freezer for at least 15 hours.
Prepare ice cream mixture in advance to allow it time to chill in the refrigerator before freezing.
Mixer at "stir," turned on before pouring mixture in. Should take 20-30 minutes.
Right amount of liquid for bowl: 5 3/4 cups
1 gallon = 4 quarts = 16 cups
1/2 gallon = 2 quarts = 8 cups
1 quart = 4 cups

- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 cups half & half
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- (about 5 cups liquid total)
