Ingredients
- Optional ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups (or less) sweetened flaked coconut (optional) (Process to make it smaller)
- 1 tsp coconut extract (or vanilla)
- Fudge sauce and toasted slivered almonds on top
- Mango juice, crushed pineapple, banana added at end of mixing process
- Toasted coconut for top
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the milk and cream of coconut in the container of a food processor or blender, and mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and flaked coconut.
2. Pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
