Pork Egg Rolls

These tasty egg rolls are easy to make. They make the perfect addition to a stir-fry dinner!

Ingredients

  • ½

    lb ground pork

  • ½

    t garlic powder

  • ½

    t ginger

  • 2

    c peanut oil

  • egg

  • T water

  • 1

    c shredded cabbage

  • 1

    oz shredded carrots

  • T sesame seeds

  • egg roll wrappers

Directions

1. Season pork with ginger and garlic. Mix well. 2. Coat a skillet with oil. Cook pork over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in egg and cook briefly. 3. Combine pork mixture, cabbage and carrots. 4. Fill egg roll wrappers according to package directions. 5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
